Consulting is more than giving advice

In order to achieve outstanding results, Genium regards every client as a whole. Creativity is the process, and creation is the result. But what leads to the vision that communicates a product or service to customers? The consultancy process generates an overarching strategy, with Genium’s advisory expertise fusing effective planning with creativity, to breathe life into a brand.

By conducting research, identifying trends and analysing data, Genium’s expert and structured approach allows ambitious brands to fulfil their potential. The team at Genium forges deep relationships with clients, ensuring an immersive knowledge of their product and aims. By providing a fresh and impartial perspective, and offering expert insights, effective branding solutions are achieved.

1. Providing information to a client.
2. Solving a client’s problems.
3. Making a diagnosis, which may necessitate redefinition of the problem.
4. Making recommendations based on the diagnosis.
5. Assisting with implementation of recommended solutions.
6. Building a consensus and commitment around corrective action.
7. Facilitating client learning—that is, teaching clients how to resolve similar problems in the future.
8. Permanently improving organisational effectiveness.

Our success is measured by the achievements of our clients

1st prize for best scientific presentation at VASBI (The Vascular Access Society of Britain and Ireland) for the Save your Vein campaign.

“Genium has been a real pleasure to work with. They listened to our goals and challenges in developing our Save Your Vein campaign and offered real insight and effective solutions for raising awareness for renal patients and healthcare staff. Following several consultations a strategy was agreed and implemented. Genium presented key messages and visuals to NHS staff, the Quality Improvement team, patients and key stakeholders to help inform, involve and drive the campaign forward. We are really proud of how the campaign has grown and the direction it’s going.
