The brief

With Barnet & Chase Farm Hospital merging under the NHS Royal Free Trust, Genium were entrusted with promoting the change in A&E services and urgent healthcare provision across these hospital sites. The resources needed to bridge the communication with the public across all three sites explaining which hospital best suited the level of medical treatment they required.

What we did

We created a range of printed resources, leaflets, poster banners and cards to distribute across the hospitals, also digitally featured on NHS websites. All these resources iterated the changes in urgent care choices available for the local public at the sites. Use of iconography and sharp colours effectively conveyed the varying levels of medial treatment that had been made available on these sites.

The impact

The resources were fundamental for Barnet & Chase Farm patients, guiding their decision on which hospital best suited the medical treatment required. The information was made widely accessible on NHS Royal Free digital channels and continues to guide patient decisions, informing them where they can receive the correct level of medical treatment.
