Project: Fundraising event

The brief

TrainE-TraidE is a charity helping over 2,000 people a year into employment and business, enabling them to make a living and improve their future. Genium was tasked with creating a promotional film and a full suite of materials for their fundraising event. With requirements including branding; invitations; display graphics for screens and podiums; brochures and advertising, Genium tapped into their combined creativity to build a full visual line-up.

What we did

Genium immersed themselves in the organisation and its aims before devising a compelling brand, mirroring a thorough visual and print strategy to roll out across a suite of materials. The production team created a video featuring genuine TrainE-TraidE clients relating their story of unemployment, and the profound effect it had on them. They tell viewers about the invaluable assistance provided to them by TrainE-TraidE, and how they were helped to enter the workforce, and improve their prospects and wellbeing.

The impact

The event was attended by 350 of the organisation’s donors, supporters and friends, including guest speaker and celebrity designer Kelly Hoppen and hedge fund manager Alan Howard. The event raised substantial funds.
